The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Joplin Chapter 4-9 NOTE: Missouri is now a non helmet state, let those who ride decide. Must be of legal age to participate 18 years old. Please be aware that your pre-registration fees are non-refundable. Note: Pre-registration will end at 12:00 AM on 07/03/24 Wed. Also you will have to sign a waiver to go on the ride. Must be present to collect any and all prize winnings, you will have 15 minutes to claim your prize, we will then offer it to the next in line. You do not have to pre-register to go on the poker chip run!!! Open to the public, you do not need to ride a motorcycle, you can drive a car or show up after 2:00 pm and just buy a hand. When you register, please make sure you are using the name of the person that will be riding on the poker run. Each rider and passenger must have their own paperwork. IE: not five people on one registration ( couples are fine ) This is what we will be using to match your records. If our records do not match your records, you will have to pay again. ( Nobody wants that) Print out and keep your paid receipt and your confirmation email bring them both to the poker run pre-registration booth. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation is much appreciated. When you check out, please tell us: ( in the comment section ) 1. Who all is riding with you ( passenger ) 2. Must have an email to receive a confirmation. The cost to participate will be $25 for the Motorcycle rider and $15 for their passenger. All other vehicles ( Cars or Trucks) $25 Per person. Hit the Couple or single Rider button to purchase your hands. This will take to check out. Hit the Home tab and select the extra hands button. When you go to check out, it will redirect you to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. We do however, ask that you click on send money to friends, otherwise PayPal takes a portion of our money. |
